Become a Volunteer Gardener

The Hartman Rock Garden relies on dedicated people like you to keep our visionary art environment looking amazing! We organize three big volunteers events each year – the Spring Cleanup in early May, the Spring Planting in mid May, and the Fall Cleanup in early October – as well as smaller gardening days throughout the summer. No experience is required to volunteer at the Hartman Rock Garden. We also welcome all levels of committement – from people who want to spend an hour a year helping to those who want to spend an hour a week. Our goals are to have fun and to keep Hartman looking beautiful for the thousands of annual visitors.
