This intern will work alongside Kevin Rose, Executive Director and Curator. Tasks will include interpreting art objects for public tours and programs, research and writing for online publications, engaging with visitors on site, inventorying and surveying objects in the collection, and basic hands-on conservation. The internship runs from roughly June 1 to July 31, totaling approximately 185 hours over 8 weeks. Interns are expected to work on Tuesdays and Thursdays, as well as a few select Saturdays. Remaining hours are flexible and based on the student’s schedule. A $2000 stipend will be awarded at the completion of the internship.
